    • Schematic planting plan indicating plant placements and quantities.

    • Typical use: small to medium properties or straightforward redesigns.

    • Price: varies by property size and complexity.

  • 3D Design (recommended for complex sites or when you want a realistic preview)

    • Photorealistic 3D model and views from key vantage points to visualize scale, massing and materials.

    • Includes the 2D plan and refined material/finish suggestions.

    • Typical use: large properties, significant level changes, or clients who want a detailed preview.

    • Price: higher than 2D; varies by property size and complexity.

Note: Exact pricing depends on property size, project complexity, and whether structural or engineering input is required. We'll provide a clear quote after the site analysis.

Plant Plan List

  • Custom plant palette selected for your site conditions and style (low-water, cottage, native, formal, tropical, etc.).

  • For each plant: common name, botanical name, mature size, planting quantity, spacing, and brief notes on light/water needs and seasonality.

  • Optional: colour and bloom-season map to ensure year-round interest.

Before (2017) A bare, minimal planting. A tiny deck hugged the house, barely seating two; no room for dining, entertaining, or lounging. The garden lacking layered planting.

After photo; Now my garden feels more enclosed and tropical, like a private little retreat tucked at the back. The deck was brought out as the space for dining was too small.

After (2026) my private tropical retreat has evolved into a space I can relax, dine and entertain. The deck is bigger allowing dining area.

The transformation now has lush planting that softens edges, a larger deck that becomes the heart of the garden after sunset.
